This website is hosted by Netcup GmbH. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data in server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, browser/user agent, operating system).

This processing is necessary to:

  • provide the website,
  • ensure system security and stability,
  • detect and prevent misuse/attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation).

The data is generally stored only for as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymized according to hosting and legal retention requirements.

3) Analytics with Matomo

This website uses Matomo for statistical analysis of website usage.

Current implementation

Matomo is currently configured with:

  • disableCookies (no Matomo tracking cookies are set), and
  • setDoNotTrack (browser “Do Not Track” preference is respected).

  • and where required, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

5) Recipients and data processing by service providers

Personal data may be processed by service providers used for website operation and communication, in particular:

  • Netcup (hosting infrastructure),
  • Matomo (web analytics),
  • Formcarry (contact form processing).
